Madisa offers 9 Private Campsites, each with its ablution and
braai facilities.
These spacious campsites are situated on the dry Goantagab
riverbed, and each site has a low stone wall around it and a bathroom built on
stilts.
Madisa Private Campsites have a
braai area that doubles up as a donkey geyser for hot water. So, kick back,
relax around a fire and listen to the nocturnal sounds of the desert. Madisa Camp
is also a fantastic place for stargazing, as the nights are brilliantly
clear.
We offer electricity at our campsites, from 15h00pm – 22h00pm.
You are also able to charge any smaller electronic devices at Reception
throughout the day. Due to our camp running on solar power, we ask that you not
bring items that use large amounts of power, such as kettles and hairdryers.

The Overland campsite hot water system is also a donkey system
and are lit in the evenings and mornings by our camp staff.
Wild animals occasionally
